Lens Care Update

CIBA VISION is aware of ongoing concerns regarding available supply of lens care products. We sincerely regret any inconvenience and frustration you have encountered, and are doing everything we can to replenish retailer shelves as quickly as possible.

Our one bottle, multi-purpose solution, AQuify® Multi-Purpose Solution (MPS) is now shipping to major retailers and now includes a new free PRO-GUARD™ lens case with every purchase.

We continue to hear that contact lens wearers love our hydrogen peroxide-based solutions, Clear Care® and AOSEPT®, but some have continued to be frustrated as they have had difficulty finding the products in stock. We are shipping record-breaking amounts of Clear Care®. Because our products are often purchased as soon as they arrive on shelf, supplies change hourly and it is not possible for us to accurately report product location and availability. Although on-shelf supplies may vary, major retailers are receiving regular shipments and we believe supplies will return to normal levels some time in the Fall.

Because we have prioritized production and shipments of Clear Care®, AOSEPT®, and AQuify® MPS, which are most in demand, we have delayed production of other products such as; AQuify® Long Lasting Comfort Drops, SoftWear® Saline and MiraFlow® until later this year.

While supply levels continue to fluctuate, we recommend that you talk to your eye care professional about appropriate substitutions if you are not able to find the product you are seeking. We will post updated information about supply on this web site as it becomes available.
