CIBA VISION has a successful partnering program with our valued recruitmentvendors, whom we work with through our online agency manager portal, i.e. BrassRing.

Password protected access allows our recruitment partners visibility on specific openings within the organization, while also allowing them to track the status of all submitted candidates. Please recognize that not all openings are eligible for search firm assistance.

Our vendor list is reviewed annually or as business requirements demand.
We are not currently soliciting new recruitment partners. We consider requests from contingency search firms annually for future participation in our vendor program specializing in one or more of the following areas:

  • Finance & Accounting
  • Information Technology
  • Human Resources
  • Legal
  • Marketing & Sales
  • Research & Development

Notice to Recruiters and Agencies

CIBA VISION prefers to recruit candidates directly, rather than through a third party recruiter or agency. CIBA VISION will only pay a fee for candidates submitted or presented where there is a signed recruiting agreement in place between CIBA VISION and the recruiter or agency prior to the submittal of a candidate for a specific requisition. In the case of candidate(s) submitted or presented to CIBA VISION by a recruiter or agency without a signed agreement, CIBA VISION explicitly reserves the right to pursue and hire those candidate(s) without any financial obligation to the recruiter or agency.
